I understand the stress and emotional fatigue that living with hopeless debt can bring to a person.
You’ve already been through a lot. Bill collectors calling you nonstop … medical bills piling up … being served with lawsuits … getting hit with a wage garnishment … etc. Or perhaps sickness or disability has caused you to lose your job and income. Or maybe you’re in the middle of an ugly divorce. These are but a few of the many reasons why people file bankruptcy.
I know two things about you already:
1. Just because you’re in debt doesn’t make you a bad person.
2. Being over your head in debt today doesn’t mean you have to stay that way for the rest of your life.
Trust me . . . within you is the power to move forward.
I believe you deserve a fresh start, and I’ll do everything in my power to help you achieve that.
No matter what your personal reasons are, I’ll not judge or criticize you.

I’m fully aware of how impersonal the high-volume bankruptcy mills can treat their clients. You’re nothing but a number or a unit on an assembly line.
That doesn’t happen with me.
Each of my clients is unique, and all have been affected by financial hardship. I’m here to make the process simpler and less stressful by providing you with the right tools and the individual attention you deserve.

Accessibility and open communication are essential.
I’ll thoroughly explain the process, the law, the system, and all of the options that are available to you. I want you to feel comfortable coming to me with any questions you might have. If you have any questions for me, I’ll always respond promptly.
Perhaps you’re worried about how much hiring a bankruptcy lawyer will cost. I don’t charge clients an arm and a leg as other boutique firms do. I’m sensitive to the fact that people looking into bankruptcy have money problems. I charge clients a fair and honest price, and I’m up front about what that price will be so that there are no unexpected surprises. You already have enough to deal with.
